- Use a cash back credit card (I use Spark 2%)
- Keep a line of credit for those “oh shit” moments
- Sales close rate
- How to determine if your team is closing enough sales
- A very high close rate means you’re leaving money on table
4. The payroll formula that’ll make or break you:
- Every hire should generate 2x their salary in profit
- Example: $5k/month payroll = $10k/month incremental profit
