If a job gets delayed, he calls customers scheduled later in the week to move them up. Massive sense of urgency is a common trait I see in many successful people
Enjoy life
What’s the point of making money if you don’t enjoy it? He’s got a collection of sports cars, goes on first-class trips worldwide, and has a blast every day.
Treat Your Team Right
I met a subcontractor who’s worked with him for over 12 years. Multiple employees 10+ years.
The trust he’s established with his team has provided great stability.
Referrals drive 80%
He built the entire business on referrals. He goes out of his way to recommend other contractors knowing it’ll eventually return to him.
