I started a new towing business exactly 30 days ago.
We officially launched last week, on Wednesday, May 7th.
Things got really interesting on Friday.
Here’s what happened:
Our Google Business profile gets approved at 7:13 am.
The dispatch phone rings at 9:53 am.
A lady named Francis requests a tow.
She found us on Google 🤯
Her car was overheating and wouldn’t start.
We’re onsite within 30 minutes.
She’s at our closet shop 20 minutes later
The math:
- $125 for the tow
- $1,400 to repair her car
- First-time customer to our shop
She utilized our 12-month, 0% interest payment plan, so she’ll be back for maintenance.
Not a bad start.
This is exactly why I love being a franchise entrepreneur.
