We lean into the stores that are gaining momentum. One small improvement can add $100k profit at that location.
Compared to a struggling one that takes multiple months, hiring a new team, re-training everything, and more advertising to pick up momentum.
These ups and downs happen whether you have 3, 30, or 300+ plates spinning.
When your business is small, each plate (location) is significant. Just one crashing wreck your entire month.
People mistakenly think the bigger a business gets, the riskier it becomes.
“Don’t have all your eggs in one basket”
They are wrong.
Each additional plate carries less weight, reducing your risk as you grow.
We have the luxury of acquiring underperforming franchises at ridiculously good deals.
We can suffer short-term losses while building a stable long-term business.
We can take our time developing leaders from within.
We can open stores from zero.
In 2025 our goal is to add 6 more locations.
Every additional location reduces our overall volatility, smoothes out cash flow, and reduces dependency on any store or market.
We are prepared to have another record-setting year.
