Accountability Groups
Think of an accountability group as a personal board of directors.
A small group of 3 to 4 people who you meet with regularly to help keep you accountable.
You will share wins, challenges, best practices, and battle scars with your group. There is 100% confidentiality, so you can be authentic.
Every business owner needs a sounding board, even if you have a business partner.
A group of trusted, like-minded people, can help you get through the toughest times. They can help by asking questions that allow you to see alternative solutions. They can help lift you up when you are down.
