He holds his team accountable, no matter what.
Last year, he fired a $3M/year Store Manager because he knew it could do more.
That store now does $5M so I guess he was right!
In our franchise, we all have the same tools & playbook.
The same 4 walls. The same 6 to 8 lifts. The same customer base, pricing, technology, comp plans, and marketing.
The difference is the owner’s ability to execute. To drive the business forward. To outwork everyone to make it happen.
