November through March? Burning cash every single month.
And he can’t just turn the expenses off.
Manager still gets paid. Trucks still need insurance. Rent keeps coming.
Revenue? Zero.
But here’s what surprised me:
Despite this, this business model actually works.
The margins a cash flow are incredible.
