That’s why I’m hosting a one-day franchisee mastermind in Austin on Feb 20th.
What’s a mastermind?
It’s when a group of like-minded people get together to share insights & solve problems.
Each person will bring one or two of the biggest challenges they are facing in their business.
As a group, we focus entirely on helping solve that singular problem. Then we move to the next person.
This event is intentionally small (probably about 15 people) so everyone gets time to get their problem solved.
To attend, you must be an active franchisee who wants to:
1/ Increase cash flow
2/ Acquire more locations
3/ Replace yourself from operations
We’re also gonna have some fun going go-kart racing at the F1 race track
Here’s the schedule:
Friday, February 20th
- 10:00 AM – Karting at Circuit of the Americas
- 12:00 PM – Lunch
- 1:00 PM – Mastermind session led by me
- 6:30 PM – Dinner and drinks downtown
