It took me 5 years to go from zero to 6 stores.
Then only 5 years to go from 6 to 36.
The biggest difference? Finding people better than me
On Monday we opened store #36.
Our CEO found and negotiated the deal.
Our CFO put together a detailed budget and cash flow plan.
The construction crew started remodeling the waiting room the hour we got the keys.
My dad and uncle handled everything else on-site.
Our District Manager hired the Store Manager & techs.
HR got everyone onboarded
The Office had all the accounts ready to go.
Tech support had computers, internet, and credit card machines installed.
Years ago, I was personally involved in every single part. People would be waiting for me to make decisions. I’d forget things until someone followed up with me.
I was the bottleneck that slowed our growth.
Today I’m going live to show EXACTLY how we built teams and systems that thrive without me YouTube 1PM EST
I’ll be taking questions in the live chat so hop on if you can
See you there
Cheers!
Brian
