A simple hack for staying on track

You set a goal on Monday.

By Friday, you’ve been pulled in 47 directions and that goal is buried under a pile of “urgent” fires.

Sound familiar?

One of the best ways to fix this: an accountability group.

Think of it as your Personal Board of Directors.

3-5 other business owners who meet weekly or bi-weekly to:

  • Hold each other accountable to goals
  • Call each other out when needed
  • Reflect on losses & celebrate wins

It works because you won’t want to show up empty-handed to people you respect. That pressure helps you prioritize what YOU said was important.

I put together a simple doc to help you run these meetings: agenda, structure, and best practices.

Grab it, find a few like-minded owners, and start next week.

Cheers!

Brian
