Being comfortable is expensive

Success is directly correlated to your ability to put yourself in uncomfortable situations.

The hard conversation you’ve been avoiding.

The employee you know you need to fire.

The hire you’re scared to make.

The expansion that feels risky.

Most people avoid discomfort. They convince themselves the timing isn’t right and will do it “someday”.

Then months go by and nothing changes.

The fires, problems, and excuses are all still there.

What will your business look like in 12 months from now?

It’ll have grown because you pushed through

Or it’ll be exactly the same (maybe worse) because you stayed comfortable.

You don’t need to know every part of a 100-step plan.

All you need to know is 1-2-3. Then from there you’ll figure out 4-5-6

Trust your instincts and take action

What is something you’ve been avoiding that you need to take action on?

Cheers!
