48 out of 50 months

My auto repair business has grown sales in 48 of the last 50 months.

That’s not a hot streak.

That’s the compounding effect of doing a few things very well for a long time.

Instead of trying to improve everything at once, we identified the fewest moves that drive the highest performance.

It all comes down to people & process.

On the people side, it’s weekly training calls on the levers that actually move the needle.

Quarterly sessions where our managers get in the same room and share what’s working.

A leadership book club for our district managers.

On the process side, it’s improving our phone process to get more customers in the door

Using digital vehicle inspections to increase transparency & communication

Then, having payment plans makes repairs more affordable.

Remember that simplicity scales, complexity fails

Cheers!

Brian
