Once sales start growing, you bring on a full-time Design Associate (aka salesperson) and add a second Mobile Showroom Van.

After that 2nd van is nearing capacity you hire another Design Associate and potentially a project manager. Once trained up, you will add a 3rd Mobile Showroom van.
