I build franchise businesses and help other owners do the same.

I’m an operator, investor, and multi-unit franchisee who has spent the last decade growing a portfolio. Today, our companies generate $50M+ of revenue a year, but it all started with two tired businesses and a simple idea: focus on people, performance, and profit.

My work now centers on one mission: helping franchise owners earn more money, grow with confidence, and build a business they’re proud of. 

Everything I teach is based on real operating experience… not theory, not hype, and not what franchisors wish was true.

I share free, practical content every day on how to buy the right franchise, turn around an underperforming location, and scale into multi-unit ownership. My perspective is franchisee-first. 

Profit matters. 

Cash flow matters. 

I didn’t invent software or raise venture capital. I followed proven systems, out-worked everyone around me, and learned to lead strong teams. That’s the real “cheat code” of franchising.

My Journey

After college in 2010, I joined my family’s Midas auto repair business. 

I spent the first few years learning from my dad, uncle & other top operators across the country. Those early lessons became the foundation of everything that came later.

In 2016, my brother Chris joined the company. Together, we bought two existing shops from a neighboring owner. 

Those two locations became the seeds of a much bigger vision.

From 2017 to 2019 we added four more shops. 

After COVID, we moved aggressively, acquiring a seven-store group that opened a new market for us. 

We later purchased the original six stores from my dad and uncle.

By the end of 2021 we were at 21 Midas locations.

We kept going.

In 2022, we bought nine more. In 2023, another three. In 2025, another two.

Today we operate 35 Midas Auto Repair franchises throughout Philadelphia & New Jersey.

I’m also an investor/partner in multiple brands: Waterloo Turf, Senior Care, B2B Kitchen Services, and Home Services.

Lessons Learned

I’ve made every mistake you can make on the path to building a franchise portfolio. I chased shiny objects, spread myself thin, and convinced myself that the next tactic or side venture would be the breakthrough.

Inside the business it was constant “new”: new pay plans, new managers, new marketing schemes, new services, new pricing ideas—always searching for the shortcut.

Outside the business, I piled on even more: trading, crypto, passive Amazon stores, real estate deals, lending… all fun in the moment, none of them meaningful.

Every time I drifted, growth slowed.

Every time I got back to the fundamentals, things took off.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is simple: focus on less, then obsess. Pick the few levers that actually move profit, and go all in on them. That’s how you build something durable. That’s how you build real wealth.

My goal is to help you shortcut the decade it took me to learn that.
