The FDD provided to you by the Franchisor and the Franchisor themselves will provide you certain information to evaluate the business opportunity, which is regulated by the Federal Trade Commission and certain states franchise laws. 

The information in the Franchise Disclosure Document will help you evaluate the opportunity and make up your mind. We do not, in this Agreement or otherwise, make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the potential success of the business venture or ventures we discuss and evaluate with you. We cannot verify the accuracy of the written or website information provided by Franchisors, and assume no responsibility for the acts, errors, or omissions of the Franchisors, or the outcome of any transaction.

Earnings Claims: Many Franchisors disclose various earnings claims in Item 19 of their disclosure documents. We do not discuss earnings claims. Any information about earnings claims shall come directly from the franchise representatives.

No Guarantees: While we aim to provide useful and accurate information about franchising, there are no guarantees of success, profit, or any specific outcomes.

Individual Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for their actions, decisions, and due diligence when considering or entering into a franchise agreement.
