I shouldāve followed my own advice:
Define the worst-case:Ā We lose money every month, bleeding our profitable stores dry.
Then what?
Would I just roll over?
No. I would work 6 days a week at the shop. I personally ensure every customer has a good experience & gives us a 5-star review.
I would discuss payment plans with 100% of customers to make repairs affordable. I discount to ensure no job walks.
The worst-case scenario is I have to work my ass off until the store is profitable.
When you think through the āworst caseā while asking āwhat would I do in this situation,ā you realize itās not that bad.
Itās not like weād end up homeless⦠we could live at the shop!
