I bought my first Midas auto repair franchise in 2016
Then a few more in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, & 2023
Along the way, I wore every hat, from Store Manager, to District Manager, COO, to eventually CEO.
We hired a COO to take over my operational responsibilities In August 2022.
Special Operator Transition Foundation helped us find Collin, a 20+ year veteran of the Army’s elite 75th Ranger Regiment.
We intentionally wanted to hire a special forces veteran because they are proven leaders with exceptional drive, unwavering accountability, and extremely high integrity.
Collin has done an excellent job improving every aspect of our company over the last 2+ years. He excelled where I fell short.
I just fired myself as the CEO and promoted Collin.
He’s now leading the charge in growing our company.
Today we have 33 locations that do $43M annual revenue.
His goal for 2025 is $55M through same-store growth, acquisitions & new locations. Here is our current footprint:
