Most people think that’s a problem.
But it’s actually my biggest advantage.
If I could fix cars, I’d be the guy jumping in to save the day every time something went wrong.
Instead, I was forced to learn how to hire & keep great mechanics.
I had to learn how hire managers who could run a shop without me.
This gave me time to focus on the levers to grow: marketing, systems & cash flow
Just because I can’t fix a car doesn’t mean I’m an idiot.
I can point out every part and explain how it works well enough to sell it.
Just because you can’t play quarterback doesn’t mean you can’t assemble and lead the world’s best football team 🦅
It’s the same in business….
Cheers!
Brian
