You can’t change someone’s core values. Instead of trying to make someone a team player, we find people who already ARE team players and give them a better environment.

But hiring great people is only half the battle.

If you can’t retain great people then you’re constantly spinning your wheels going nowhere.

There is one thing we do that costs us less than $1 but has a massive impact.

It’s so simple that most owners overlook it completely.
