Road Trip!!

Here’s the plan:

900 miles, speaking at two conferences, and shooting videos with two brands I’ve invested in.

 

Austin — Arrive this afternoon.

Hosting a mastermind with 10 franchisees from around the country. The goal: everyone leaves with a clear plan to get their business to the next level.

Also speaking at the Waterloo Turf conference.

I’m an investor, board member, and franchisee of Waterloo Turf. They’re building the largest artificial turf brand in the country. Lots of progress to share soon.

Houston — Spending the day with my Waterloo Turf business partner, Rick.

We own the Houston market together (and recently bought more territory in Dallas). Rick spent 22 years in the military as a Navy Seabee building bridges, barracks, and roads in active war zones.

Now he uses those skills to build putting greens, playgrounds, and sports fields.

 

Mobile, AL — Shooting a video with the owner of Frios Pops.

I recently invested in the Frios brand. It’s one of the lowest-cost, most flexible, family-friendly franchises you can run. I’ll be sharing more details later on the huge opportunity I see there.
