Brandon and Carter started the business in 2020, planning to return service work to its “glory days,” when people took pride in their work.

I sat in on their team meeting in Austin last week:
A) The breakfast tacos were amazing
B) The team culture they have is better
They have almost zero turnover in a service business, which is normally very high.
They met here every Monday morning to review the previous week, share learnings/challenges, and review the upcoming week’s game plan.
They also reminded everyone not to take pictures when they are in celebrity’s homes (like Joe Rogan)
Business Model
They have a 50/50 split between commercial & residential work.
Commercial customers include restaurants, strip centers, car dealerships, offices & more.
Residential services also include high dusting, gutter cleaning, & power washing.
Their #1 goal is getting customers on a recurring maintenance plan. This provides more predictable cash flow & makes it easier to manage their schedule.
For example, this BBQ joint pays $170 every 2 weeks. (It took 3 guys 20 minutes)
Financial Performance
How much money can you make cleaning windows?
Item 19 of the 2024 FDD provides the 2023 income statement for the founding location in Austin.
They did almost $750k in sales with very strong margins 💪
This business is all about two things: driving sales and managing the direct labor costs.
Ideal Franchisee & Start-Up Costs
They are looking for strong brand ambassadors who are hard-working, have a ton of energy & will duplicate the culture they’ve created.
At the end of the day, cleaning windows is a commodity. They separate themselves by establishing a memorable brand that delivers on the “glory days” promise.
