Most business owners think they’re delegating.
They’re not.
They assign a task, worry about it all day, check in twice, and redo half of it themselves.
That’s not leadership.
That’s expensive babysitting.
I just dropped a new video breaking down the one concept that changed everything for me:
Send-Delete Employees.
An 8-Figure Franchisee taught me this term at one of my in-person events.
“I only hire people I can send a task to… and mentally delete it.”
No stress.
No follow-up.
Just done right.
Real delegation means the task leaves your brain the moment you assign it.
Your Say → Do Rule
Here’s how I measure accountability in every hire:
What percentage of things you say you’ll do actually get done?
The goal is 100%.
This applies to everyone: crew leads, store managers, technicians.
If your whole organization runs on a high Say/Do ratio, you get real freedom.
Become Irrelevant
I stopped trying to be the Superhero.
Now I’m 100% focused on becoming irrelevant.
Not absent. Not uninvolved. But irrelevant to the small stuff.
This allows me to focus on the most important tasks that only I can do.
In the video, I walk through the exact framework I use to identify and develop these people.
Plus the interview questions that separate the send-delete employees from the babysitting magnets.
