If you see a problem and immediately fix it, you’ll win.
If you get stuck in analysis paralysis, writing business plans, and getting seven quotes for everything… forget about it.
But that’s just one of the five traits I’ve seen in the most successful owners within my 8-Figure Franchisee community.
I’ve also seen some major red flags that (almost) guarantee failure…
