I wrapped an awesome weekend in Florida with 20 elite franchisees as part of my 8-Figure Franchisee mastermind.
12 lessons learned:
1/ Be intentional
Life doesn’t happen to you, it happens for you. Either you’re executing your plan, or you’re executing someone else’s.
2/ Screw incremental growth
You don’t need permission to take massive leaps. Your “5-year plan” can happen in 18 months with the right strategy and support.
3/ Cash on Cash is king
Return on capital is way more important than the purchase price. I wish I learned this earlier. It has cost me millions.
4/ Compound your business
One member invested $400k to start his franchise 4 years ago. In 2024 it generated $750k in cash flow and expects $1.2M+ in 2025. That’s the power of betting on yourself.
5/ Invest in your family support
what’s the point of making money if it doesn’t improve your life? If you can swing it, invest in nannies, house cleaners, laundry folders, and a private chef.
6/ Master the Gap and Gain
While many owners live in “the gap” (constantly moving the goalposts), elite performers celebrate progress while pushing for more. (Concept from Ben Hardy’s “Gap and the Gain”)
7/ Radical transparency builds trust
Members openly share their personal net worth, cash flow, wins, and losses. Why? It’s the quickest way to drop the facades and get real about numbers.
8/ Protect your ass(ets)
Once you cross $2M net worth, you need an iron-clad asset protection strategy. We covered specific tactics to reduce personal guarantees and shield your wealth.
9/ “I’m rich — you’re not” 🤣
Teaching kids that wealth is earned, not inherited, creates drive over entitlement.
10/ Your inner circle is everything
Having a personal board of advisors isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. The right room will challenge your thinking, break limiting beliefs, and hold you accountable to playing bigger.
11/ Speed through clarity
Stuck on a problem? The right perspective shift can unlock everything. Sometimes you need someone to ask you the question you’ve been afraid to answer.
12/ Execute first, perfect later
Analysis paralysis kills more businesses than bad decisions. Take bold action, then optimize on the fly.
This is just scratching the surface. Everyone walked away with a solid action plan and energy to massively improve their business.

8-Figure Franchisee isn’t a networking group.
It’s a tribe — a close-knit group of guys who are building franchise empires while also building an 8-figure life.
It’s not just about making money. It’s about designing your life and then building a business to support it.
This group is exclusively for growth-minded franchisees. No franchisors, vendors, or tire-kickers.
I’m opening up 8 new member spots in February.
We go on a waitlist for March once they are taken.
