Nick is the top Rolling Suds franchisee.
He’s working on building a multi-million dollar business as fast as possible.
Less than a year after launching from zero.
This is the power of franchising. Nick purchased 30+ years of knowledge & experience from Rolling Suds.
I recently interviewed Nick on my podcast to hear about this journey. He shares his sales volume, cash flow, and biggest mistakes so far.
You’ll be surprised to hear how fast it’s grown
Simple, Not Easy
A big mistake people make in buying a franchise is thinking because it’s simple (they hand you the playbook) that it’ll be easy.
Building a successful business, franchise or not, requires a lot of work.
On Memorial Day, Nick’s employees enjoyed burgers and beers. Nick was on top of a hospital roof washing it by himself.
Why? It paid $7,000 and he wanted that money!
He’s worked multiple 20+ hour days covering both night & day shifts after a competitor poached his employees.
The work had to get done.
Nick easily could have told the customers, “Sorry it’s going to be a few more days” and risk losing the jobs. Even worse is the damage that could do to his reputation.
Today he’s got a solid team of nine people. The day-to-day could run without him but Nick isn’t slowing down.

Choose to Win
As a business owner, you make a choice every day.
You could choose to work hard, doing whatever it takes to build the business. If the calendar is light you knock on doors. If sales are down you underprice jobs to win them. If someone calls out you roll up your sleeves.
You could choose to be the victim, blaming everyone else for your problems. If it’s slow you criticize the marketing. You quote premium prices because “I’m a premium service”. You refuse to get your loafers wet.
The choice is yours.
Picking a Franchise
Last year I worked with Nick to help him find the best franchise.
Initially, he wanted a retail concept like food & fitness.
He realized it would take forever to make money with the overhead of rent, build-out, salaries, and equipment so we pivoted.
Mobile home service businesses like Rolling Suds make a lot of sense:
- Low cost to start ($100k to $300k)
- Low overhead = quicker to break even
- Scalable = buy more trucks + hire more people
- Quick to launch (retail takes 6 to 9 months to open)
My team helps people become entrepreneurs through franchising.
